Payment
All transactions are processed via PayPal in pounds sterling (£).

Shipping
We aim to ship your item within 2–3 working days of receiving an order, but please allow up to 10 working days to receive your item.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class. European and Rest of World orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail. Overseas shipments may be subject to additional import duties, please allow up to 21 days for overseas deliveries.

For UK orders, postage and packaging is £3.00 per item (+£1.50 for every additional item). For orders outside of the UK, postage and packaging is £5.00 per item (+£3.00 for every additional item). All items are suitably packaged and wrapped in bubble wrap where necessary.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your order, it may be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it. 

Returns shall only be accepted if the product is received undamaged and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the product shall be your responsibility. You will also be responsible for ensuring the product is packaged and posted appropriately. We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund your initial payment within 7 days (minus the original costs of P&P).

Privacy Policy
Fellow Resident uses PayPal to process payments. We do not store your credit card, debit card or PayPal account details on our server or systems.

We do keep a record of your personal details (including your name, address and email) so we can manage your order. We will never make these details available to other companies.
